Our focus is the practical side of EU trade compliance: CBAM, the EU steel safeguard and tariff quotas, and the trade-defence measures that shape them.
How Loharo works
- Monitor. We track primary sources: government and customs notices, trade-defence rulings, company filings, industry associations, exchanges and official statistics.
- Verify. Key facts are checked against at least one primary source before publication. Where that is not yet possible, we say so.
- Explain. Every article follows the same structure: summary, key numbers, what happened, why it matters commercially, who is affected, what to watch next, and the sources we used.
- Update. When a story develops, we update it and show the date of the update.

We are open about how Loharo is made. Articles are researched and written with artificial intelligence and checked against primary sources. Loharo’s editor sets our standards, oversees the process and corrects or removes articles when needed. We think you should know how your intelligence is produced.
Verification you can see
Every article lists its sources and carries a verification status: Verified, Partially verified, Analysis or Developing. Facts, analysis and uncertainty are kept separate, so you can tell what is confirmed and what is our reading of it.
